Build 25: Floats, Tutorial Beta

Just uploaded Build 25!

- Hydrogen now floats, and does not wait for a touch-trigger. Anything connected to hydrogen will now be "alive" as soon as the round starts.
- This means that oxygen is now the only "classic" element!
- Added a tutorial level (default). It doesn't have any instruction text, but I think it does a good job of introducing all the concepts. Don't forget to use [shift] to take out the nitrogen bubbles!

The old ones?

You touch them and them fall right?

I mean to say, that Oxygen is the only one left that acts like they used to: just kinda being inert and rolling around. :)
