Quick Update to the Level Browser

If you look at any user on the level browser:

You by default see a list of BEATEN (by anyone) levels that the user hasn't voted on. Eventually there will be a personal dashboard you can sign into to see this kind of information, but if you're looking for a nice list of *possible* levels that you haven't yet voted on it's a great place to go.

Could you make it so you can also filter it by how recent they are?

I'm not sure if that has caused this but if you click on "anonymous" it comes up with an error screen:

Just uploaded a new version, now sorts by RATING first and ID second (so goodness and then recency if tied)

Yep. UserID #1 is anonymous and he can't make levels, so it's pointless to look at him. :)
