Apperently this game has pins like in fantastic contraption.

I just put two atoms really close together and hooked them together with a rod. Almost like fantastic contraption pins that have to have a 0 length.

Yeah the physics engine makes pins if length is 0. I guess I'll just have to make it so you can't overlap elements then. :P
