Upload help

I created a good level bbut i cant seem to upload it. i looked through the forum for help tutorials but couldnt find any. every time i try to save my level it says:

WOOPS!
The server spat back a level ID of Zero. This means that either something is messed up on the database or your net connection isnt working, and your level was not saved. Try again!

ive been trying again for the last hour but it still keeps saying the same thing. please help me.

Hmm, sounds like a bug! I'll check it out and see what's up. Make sure you've logged in properly (click the little dude icon on the right).

EDIT: Can't seem to replicate those results with either of my test accounts. If you want to EMail me your username/password, I'll try to login and figure it out from there!

ive sent you my username and pass. being a programmer myself, i can only think of two things that may cause the problom(besides the code):
1. im using vista
2. im in russia so im using the russian internet and not the american one.(European servers perhaps?)

As you are unregistered, it should be showing you a "Limited trial access" box when you first open the editor, and a similar message should pop up when you try to save. I can only replicate your error if I mess around with my cookies locally!

well i dont even touch my cookies. thats impossible.

The error you are getting is a result of a server security error; only registered users can save levels. You can test them though, as an unregistered user.

1. it never showed me a limited trial anything.

There should be an "Unlock extra content" button on the bottom left of the main menu; that should do the trick! Normally it walks you through it when you open the level editor, but you seem to be erroring there.

ok, thx. i found the extra content button. unfortunatly i dont have any way of paying it at the moment. thx anyways.
