is there any way to use something like FCML for protonaut?

All it takes is someone to make it up! Protonaut uses XML just like FC (only difference: It's compressed with ZIP. You should be able to unzip it.. somehow).

If there's enough interest in it I'll put an XML export/import secret button inside the SWF itself.
