I got tired of waiting for Hap's, so I made my own!


Darkeagle Competition Scoring

Scoring is like golf, where the lowest score wins.

Your score will be the number of ticks it takes you to complete each level.

Not completing a level: +10000
Getting a Carbon element: -100

Badges:
Wings badge: -100 (Spend 500 ticks or more in the air)
Boots badge: -150 (Spend less than 200 ticks in the air)
Wall Maniac: -300 (Perform 10 or more wall jumps)
Wall Phobia: -50 (Have 0 wall jumps)
Supershooter: -100 (Shoot 20 or more times)
No Shots: -200 (Shoot 0 times)
Touchless: -150 (Do not let any elements touch walls, except for Hydrogen)

Note: No glitches allowed.


The levels are:

Detail (http://www.protonaut.net/?level=786)

Deadline: September 12th, 12:00 EST

Probably in, but school's starting soon. Possible conflicts and what-not.
Someone should make me a calculator. :D

I may be reading this wrong, but it seems to me your scoring is a little bit flawed.

For example: airtime. You have two badges both worth the same amount - 300 or more ticks in the air, or less than 300 ticks in the air. It seems to me that you are bound to get one or the other, and since everyone will always get one of the other, and they are worth the same amount they might as well be dropped.

Or maybe I'm missing something.

i still can't play a level. when i load up a direct link to a level it pops up the "can't access this feature" window but then i try to log in and then hit "start" and i pop in to the 1st tutorial level.

Am I doing it wrong?

Fixed. Is that better?

i still can't play a level. when i load up a direct link to a level it pops up the "can't access this feature" window but then i try to log in and then hit "start" and i pop in to the 1st tutorial level.

Am I doing it wrong?

Try to log in before you click on the link. Like, log in at the main Protonaut game. Then come back and click on the link. Try that. It might work.
